Dr. Chun's passion is to provide positive dental experiences for kids of all needs and abilities! With his friendly approach and years of experience, Dr. Chun is dedicated to providing individualized, expert care for children. It is his goal to ensure little ones find happy, healthy smiles at here at Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry!
After Dr. Chun received his Bachelors of Science in Biology at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), he completed his dental education at UNLV’s School of Dental Medicine, graduating top 2 of his class with Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Chun then went on to complete a 2 year pediatric dental residency program at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. During his residency, Dr. Chun received extensive training in treating diverse populations of children with special needs.
Hailing from Hong Kong, Dr. Chun is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. When he’s strengthening tiny smiles, you can find Dr. Chun on the tennis court, watching his favorite shows, traveling the world, and checking out the Texas food scene with Dr. Julia!
There's nothing Dr. Julia loves more than cultivating confident smiles for little kids! Dr. Julia is committed to creating an exceptional and memorable dental experience for children of all abilities so they can have strong smiles for life.
Dr. Julia graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Afterwards, she attended the University of New England College of Dental Medicine for her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While in dental school, Dr. Julia was involved with various school outreach programs where she taught underserved children about oral health care. This life-changing experience solidified her decision to become a pediatric dentist.
After dental school, she received specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Her goal is to provide comprehensive treatment to children of all backgrounds in a safe, comfortable dental environment. Outside of work, Dr. Julia loves trying new restaurants with Dr. Chun, traveling, and staying active on the tennis court.
